That article from Justin reminded me something we learned in coaching training. Every strengths can become a pitfall. So we need to be mindful of the context. And when I think about it your DJ set analogy comes to mind - when to increase, when to reduce. There's a brilliant quote by Carl Jung on this subject: "Everything in life casts a shadow."
