One “must” for this week: From a distance.
A reflection from Rishad Tobaccowala on how the impact of many of the experiences are often best appreciated from a distance. Especially true for the people we take for granted and then realize their importance when they are no longer with us.
As Carly Simon sings in “Anticipation” that she “will stay right here because these are the good old days”.
The same that happens to me now with my kids, I am definitely living in the “good old days” already. So I’ll try my best to act so I won’t regret what I am not doing, and accept will accept the regret about something that I did instead.

I think 'health' is one of the things that matches your graphic. The day we have 'flu or COVID, or break a limb, or have an incapacitating back twinge, then nothing else seems to matter.
Yet, people value it so little, that they abuse their health with neglect, junk food eating and alcohol/drugs/nicotine.
