Welcome to a new issue of the newsletter, “Journal of discoveries.”
Lot of great stuff to read in a single issue. Thanks Roberto!
You made my day with the link about "AI is increasing demand for managers — and changing their skill sets". I thought the trend was the opposite, so there is hope for our role.
I also think so, at the same time the role must change, I see managers more and more as facilitators 😊
Weekend enlightenment for me
thanks Balemarthy 😊
happy weekend!
I am your fan in LinkedIn also. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge
thank you so much for your kind words Balemarthy 🙏
I can’t share images in a post comment here unfortunately, but I recently shared a visual of one of my favourite mental models — the unforced error.
Tennis can teach us many lessons, but this one is a true mark of mastery.
As Roger says, no one is perfect, but every point requires your full focus, and unforced errors start to creep in if you’re not on top of your game.
“The amateur trains until they get it right. The master trains until they can’t get it wrong.”
oh interesting, thanks Lewis 😊

I learned something new from every issue you sent. Have a wonderful rest of the week. Thanks.
